About
Voula
Rivieravize is the Golden Visa service of Aquarium Real Estate, a licensed Greek estate agency based in Voula, on the Athens Riviera.
We work on this coast every day: Palaio Faliro, Alimos, Glyfada, Voula, Vouliagmeni, Vari and the towns to the south. Rivieravize brings that local knowledge to buyers from Türkiye, in Turkish and in English.
Our role is that of a property agent. We help you understand the programme, find and visit properties, and negotiate. Legal checks, the residence-permit application and tax matters are handled by independent lawyers and accountants of your choice; we are happy to introduce you.
We do not promise outcomes we do not control. A residence permit is granted by the Greek authorities, and no property purchase is a guarantee of one.
